The All Wales Locum Register (AWLR) also connects Locums to General Medical Practice Indemnity (GMPI), meaning actions are required to be carried out at least once a month.
Locums who don't intend to Locum under GMPI could request to be removed from the register to stop needing to complete these regular tasks.
