If a shift is cancelled after the invoice for that month has already been generated, it cannot be retroactively removed. Instead, any adjustment or refund due to the cancellation will appear in the next month’s invoice.

This usually means the cancellation was not recorded in time before the invoice was generated.
Solution: Check that the shift cancellation is reflected in your account. If not, contact GP Wales Support for assistance.
