Locums will all have a unique, secure file storage 'Portfolio' for uploading documents. These documents are only visible to Locations (or Practices) the Locum has favourited or applied for a shift with.
These Portfolio documents can be viewed or downloaded directly from the Locum application, both to help in determining which Locum to accept, but also to speed up document gathering for the onboarding/induction process.
Locums, at the point of application receive a reminder to update their portfolio with documents which a Local Health Board may need to view as part of onboarding.
The more accurate we can make this checklist, the simpler/quicker the check process can be for you and the Locum.

We'd like to use the same process to reduce as many unknowns or barriers to working in OOH/111 Shifts as we can - if there are links to other sites showing what to expect in an OOH/111 Shift, or if taster sessions are available etc please also let us know.
The fewer unknowns, the higher the number of Locums engaging with OOH and the higher the fill rate of shifts. Everyone's a winner from a bit more communication/clearing up a few more misconceptions.
