Locums will all have a unique, secure file storage 'Portfolio' for uploading documents. These documents are only visible to Locations (or Practices) the Locum has favourited or applied for a shift with.
These Portfolio documents can be viewed or downloaded directly from the Locum application, both to help in determining which Locum to accept, but also to speed up document gathering for the onboarding/induction process.
Locums, at the point of application, receive a reminder to update their portfolio with documents which a Local Health Board may need to view as part of onboarding.
The more accurate we can make this checklist, the simpler/quicker the check process can be for you and the Locum.
